Role Purpose & Strategic Objective

Le Gestionnaire de Paie / Payroll Officer executes monthly multi-currency payroll administration, statutory payroll tax withholdings (ITS), CNPS social security declarations, and FDFP contributions for client organizations operating in Côte d'Ivoire and the WAEMU region.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Traitement de la Paie Mensuelle

·        Calcul de la Paie: Calculate monthly gross salaries, taxable pay, employee/employer social contributions, net pay, and overtime under the Code du Travail Ivoirien.

·        Bulletins de Paie: Generate and distribute digital monthly payslips (bulletins de paie).

·        Ordres de Virement: Prepare electronic bank transfer files for net salary payouts in XOF, EUR, or USD.

2. Déclarations Sociales & Fiscales (CNPS & DGI)

·        Déclarations CNPS: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly CNPS social security returns.

·        Impôts sur Salaires (ITS): Calculate and remit monthly ITS (Impôt sur Traitements et Salaires), CR, CN, and FDFP (Formation Professionnelle) returns to DGI.

·        Déclarations Annuelles: Prepare annual DISA (Déclaration Individuelle Annuelle des Salaires) returns.

3. Comptabilité de la Paie & EOR

·        Écritures de Paie: Prepare monthly payroll posting journals and reconcile payroll liabilities.

·        Portage Salarial / EOR: Support Employer of Record (EOR) payroll processing for international staff in Francophone Africa.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

·        Education: Licence or Master in Human Resources, Accounting, or Management.

·        Language Skills: Fluent French mandatory; working knowledge of English preferred.

·        Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated payroll administration experience in Côte d'Ivoire.

·        Payroll Software: Experience with Sage Paie, Odoo Payroll, or local payroll platforms.

·        Legal Knowledge: Expert understanding of Code du Travail Ivoirien, CNPS regulations, and payroll tax rules.
