Hub Overview: BMG Partners Incorporated is recruiting qualified financial professionals to expand our regional hub in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. As a Pan-African shared services utility, BMG delivers outsourced accounting, multi-currency payroll, tax compliance, and financial management to international non-profits, global donors, and commercial enterprises.

Role Purpose & Strategic Objective

Le Responsable Financier / Finance Manager leads BMG's Francophone West and Central Africa operations from Abidjan. This role provides fractional senior financial management, OHADA accounting compliance, and shared services to INGOs, donor agencies, and commercial clients operating across the WAEMU/UEMOA zone (Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea, Togo, Benin, Cameroon).

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Direction Financière Régionale & Reporting

· Direction Financière: Serve as fractional Finance Manager / Acting CFO for Francophone regional clients, delivering executive reporting to client Directors and Boards.

· Système Comptable OHADA: Ensure complete adherence to the Revised SYSCOHADA accounting framework across all client general ledgers.

· Clôture Mensuelle (WD 3): Enforce BMG's Working Day 3 month-end close protocol, producing consolidated management accounts and cash flow analyses in XOF and EUR/USD.

2. Conformité Fiscale DGI & Gestion des Subventions

· Fiscalité Ivoirienne & WAEMU: Oversee full compliance with the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) laws, including TVA, Impôt sur les Sociétés (IS), and Retenue à la Source.

· Sécurité Sociale (CNPS): Oversee Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS) statutory social declarations and employer contributions.

· Gestion des Bailleurs de Fonds: Direct financial management and reporting for institutional donor grants (Global Fund, EU, AFD, USAID).

3. Gestion de l'Équipe Hub d'Abidjan

· Encadrement d'Équipe: Manage local Abidjan Accountants and Payroll Officers, enforcing BMG quality review standards.

· Coordination Audit: Direct annual statutory financial audit processes with local CAC (Commissaires aux Comptes).

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

· Bilingual Requirement: Fully bilingual in French and English (fluent spoken and written professional capability in both languages mandatory).

· Professional Qualification: Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable (DEC), DESCOGEF, ACCA, or Master CCA (Comptabilité, Contrôle, Audit).

· Experience Multi-Pays: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification financial management experience overseeing multi-country Francophone African operations.

· OHADA Mastery: Expert technical knowledge of Revised SYSCOHADA accounting rules and WAEMU/UEMOA tax and banking regulations.

· Software Competency: Proficiency in Odoo ERP, Sage SAARI, or QuickBooks.
